Jyoti (Light) Meditation Classes

Wednesday Evenings
February 8th thru February 29th
7:00pm — West Palm Beach Center

A 4 week course in English for anyone wanting to learn to practice a form of spiritual meditation that focuses on the inner Light, also refered to as Jyoti Meditation. The course, plus workbook are free of charge (nor donations accepted). Click here for more information. Class sessions are 90 minutes long.
Classes shall be ongoing throughout 2012.

Meditation: 10:30am – 11:00am

Meditation followed by the main program (in English) on a specific weekly topic utilizing recorded video clips from discourses given by Sant Rajinder Singh interspersed with short readings from the wealth of books and talks by Sant Rajinder Singh and other Masters of the Sant Mat tradition. This is followed at noon by lunch in the dining area.

Sunday, February 26th
Extended Meditation: 7:30am – 11:00am
Regular Weekly Program: 11:00am – noon

Doors will open by 7:30am and a lite breakfast will be served. Starting at 8:00am there will be a short inspirational video or reading after which we will sit for extended meditation until 11:00am. All are most welcome to come for the entire or any portion of the meditation period. Those who need to take breaks during the session can do so periodically. Following meditation we have our regular weekly program after which we will have lite meal and fellowship.
